Sicomet Power Series Description
and Recommended Use
| F-15 is a wicking
grade cyanoacrylate with a fast cure speed. This adhesive contains new
technology that gives quick curing on surfaces which retard the curing
of regular cyanoacrylates. Sicomet F-15 offers superior performance on
materials such as wood, plastic composites or plated metals. |
| S-75 is a fast
curing adhesive with a medium viscosity. It features special chemistry
to cure quickly on surfaces which retard the curing of regulat cyanoacrylates.
Unique wetting agents in this product give superior adhesion to plastics
that may be contaminated with mold release or are difficult to bond. Fills
moderate gaps and bonds metal, rubber and platics. |
| T-500 is a modified
cyanoacrylate adhesive with a medium viscosity. The unique chemistry gives
better shock and vibration resistance than regular cyanoacrylatee adhesives
while offering a fast set speed. In addition it provides exceptional flexibility
and thermal cycling resistance compared to standard cyanoacrylates. Its
viscosity makes it especially suitable for bonding porous materials such
as foam rubber or impregnated cloth. This product also gives reliable bonds
to metal, rubber and plastic materials. |
| T-1500 is a modified
cyanoacrylate adhesive with a medium to high viscosity. Its unique chemistry
gives it better shock vibration resuistance than regular cyanoacrylate
adhesives. It provides exceptional flexibility and thermal cycling resistance
compared to standard cyanoacrylates. It is suitable for bonding porous
materials such as foam rubber or impregnated cloth. This product also gives
reliable bonds to metal, rubber and plastic materials. |
| T-5000 is a unique
cyanoacrylate adhesive with a high viscosity. It give unsurpassed mshoch
resistance, as well as exceptional thermal cycling resistance, when compared
to standard cyanoacrylates.It is especially suitable for for bonding porous
materials or for giving maximum gap-filling ability. This product gives
reliable bonds to metal, rubber and plastic materials. |
| S-1000 is a modified
cyanoacrylate with a medium viscosity. It contains special chemistry to
cure quickly on surfaces which retard the curing of regular cyanoacrylates.
Unique wetting agents in Sicomet S-1000 gives superior adhesion to plastics
that may be contaminated with a mold release or are difficult to bond.
The adhesive also offers superb shock and thermal cycling resistance .
It fills gaps up to 20mils and bonds metal, rubber and plasticss. |
| S-3000 is a modified
adhesive with a high viscosity. It contains special chemistry to cure quickly
on surfaces whicg retard the curing of regular cyanoacrylates. Unique wetting
agents give superior adhesion to plastics that may be contaminated
with a mold release or are difficult to bond. The adhesive also offers
superb shock and thermal cycling rsistance . It will fill gaps up to 50
mil with the use of Fastac Accelerator and bonds metal, rubber and plastics. |
